About customer field settings

The ability to link customer item information to form item information. By performing mapping settings, you can use the variable function when sending emails, allowing for more personalized email delivery. Additionally, detailed customer information can be viewed on the customer screen.

How to Navigate to the Fields Configuration Page

You can navigate to the Fields Configuration page by clicking on "Settings > Customer Fields Configuration" at the top right of the customer page.

What You Can Do on the Fields Configuration Page

On the Fields Configuration page, you can do the following two things:

  • Show/hide customer basic fields other than "Name", "Email Address", "Customer Registration Date", "Label", and "Delivery Status"
  • Arrange customer basic fields other than "Name", "Email Address", "Customer Registration Date", "Label", and "Delivery Status"

Please note that the arrangement of the customer's basic fields on the customer page will not be reflected in the form's submissions.
