How to transition to customer label settings.

You can navigate to the Customer Label Settings page by clicking on "Settings > Customer Label Settings" located on the top right corner of the customer page.

In the Customer Label Settings, you can add, edit, and delete labels that are assigned to customers.

Unlike the card labels that can be added from the cards of forms created within the team, these are labels applied on the customer page. You can utilize them when you want to segment, for instance, while conducting bulk email distribution.
