About the common email address field

Overview of the common email address field and how to set it up.

The "Common Email Address Field" is used to specify the email address of the form respondent in the following scenarios:

  • Automatic reply email when responding to the form
  • Recipient (To) when sending an email from the card
  • Registration in the customer page
  • Bulk email distribution list

This can be configured for each form individually.

Configuration Method

You can configure this from the "Form > Form Settings" under the setting page "Common Email Address Field".

If you are creating a form with a Creator Form, the email address field will be automatically set.

In the case of a form created with a Creator Form that has two email address fields, the common email address field will be set to the email address field with the lower field number.
