There are three permissions for members belonging to the form. Also, information about the viewing and operating range of form members.
Three Form Permissions
The permissions given to members associated with a form are divided into the following three levels:
- Form Member: Viewing & operating the board, list, team pages, editing the form, and viewing the dashboard.
- Form Administrator: In addition to the above, they can change form settings & manage permissions.
- Form Owner: Can perform all operations.
Note that "editing the form" is granted to all members, regardless of their permissions.

About the viewing & operating range of "Form Member" permissions
The Form Member permission is divided into pages where only viewing is possible and pages where operations can also be performed on the settings page.

Forms that you are not participating in within the team will not be displayed on the form list page, so you cannot view or operate them.
