How to check the form URL

How to check the URL of forms published in formrun.

The URL for the public form can be confirmed on:

•  Form list page
•  Form list located on the left side of the board/list page
•  Settings page "Form > Form Settings"
•  Page after saving the form

You can check it at the above locations.
