      What is HubSpot Integration?

      This feature allows you to register data on the HubSpot side by linking with HubSpot. In order to use this function, you need to pay a monthly option fee in addition to the plan fee.

      What is HubSpot Integration?

      HubSpot integration is a feature that allows you to automatically register submission data from form.run forms in HubSpot.

      • By integrating form.run with HubSpot, you can automatically register submission data from forms created in form.run as new records in HubSpot "Contacts" or "Companies" or update existing records.

      How to Integrate with HubSpot

      1. Contract

      You need to make an optional contract for the number of forms you want to integrate with HubSpot.

      2. Integrating Team and HubSpot

      The HubSpot login page will appear, so please log in with your HubSpot account.

      3. Mapping Form and HubSpot (Field Mapping)

      You will map (associate) form.run form fields with HubSpot "Contact" or "Company" fields.

      Error Notification Emails for HubSpot Integration

      When an error occurs in the HubSpot integration, an error notification email will be sent to the specified email address.

      1. Pricing

      External integrations are available for an additional monthly fee per form, separate from your plan's usage fee.

      2. Cancellation Process

      ※ Once canceled, the integrated forms will be disconnected, and they cannot be restored.

      3. Free Trial

      In addition to the plan's free trial (14 days), you can also use a free trial (14 days) for HubSpot integration only. Please make the most of it.
