      How to set up the private page

      How to edit and transition in the "Private Screen" when the form's public setting is set to "OFF" or when the publication period has passed.

      How to Navigate to the Private Page

      To switch to the editing page, click on "Private Page" in the image at the top of the Creator Form's form editing page.

      What You Can Do on the Private Page


      On the private page, the following operations are possible:

      • Redirect to an external page→Select "External Page" from the left menu page, then enter the URL
      • Edit text→Click on the displayed text to edit
      • Insert and edit rich text→Insert from the left menu page
      • Embed media→Enter the media URL from the left menu page

      By setting a private page, even if you set the publication setting to "OFF" after informing respondents of the page URL, you can display any page to the form respondent.
