About Shopify Integration (BEGINNER Plan and Above)

By integrating, you can perform the following:

• Install forms created in formrun on online stores made with Shopify (Targeted for creator forms)
• Accumulate submissions received from the form into formrun
• Send emails to customers via formrun

By managing inquiries using formrun, which also includes customer management features, you can prevent oversight in customer inquiries. Additionally, by integrating external notifications (chat notifications) and quickly responding to inquiries received through formrun, you can improve customer satisfaction.

Target Users

• Users who are using Shopify and have added the formrun app from the Shopify App Store
