      About the confirmation page before form submission (BEGINNER plan and above)

      How to display a confirmation screen for response contents before submitting the form.

      How to Set Up

      ① Turn on the 'Confirm Before Submitting' option in the Settings tab.

      ② When you click the 'Confirm Button' displayed on the edit page, the 'Field Settings' will be displayed.

      In the 'Field Settings', you can change the following two settings:

      ・Button Text
      ・Button Size

      ③ Click 'Start Using'.

       

      Before form respondents submit the form, they can review their submissions, making it possible to prevent incorrect submissions to the form.
