      How to delete an account

      Conditions and methods for deleting the account itself.

      How to enable account deletion

      You can delete an account only if one of the following conditions is met:

      • If all teams for which you are the owner are on the FREE plan
      • If you have delegated all the owner permissions of the forms/teams for which you are the owner to another account (in case of a paid plan)

      How to delete an account

      There are two ways to navigate to the "Account Settings" page:

      • From the team list page, click on the account icon in the top right corner to go to "Account Settings"
      • Navigate from the settings page "Account>Account Settings"

      At the bottom of the "Account Settings" page, click on "Delete Account (Resign)" and then click "Delete Account".

      When the following modal appears, click "Delete Account" to proceed with the account deletion.

       

      Points to note when deleting an account

      Please note that if you resign without deleting your account, and the said account has "Team Owner" or "Form Owner" permissions, you will not be able to remove it from the team.

      Because team permissions and form permissions affect the use of formrun, please check them as well if there is a need to delete an account.
