What You Can Do with Account Engagement (Formerly Pardot) Integration

You can integrate formrun with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) if you are on the PROFESSIONAL plan and using Account Engagement (formerly Pardot).

Please note that integration is available for a maximum of 5 forms only if you are on the PROFESSIONAL plan. If you want to integrate more than 5 forms, there is an additional fee of 980 JPY (excluding tax) per form.

Integrating formrun with Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) allows you to execute marketing actions on Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) based on the form viewing history of potential customers (prospects) on formrun. This includes email delivery, scoring, and more. (*1, *2)

(*1) Behavioral data such as form viewing history from formrun will be displayed in Account Engagement only if existing potential customers (prospects) are registered on Account Engagement.

Please note that creating new prospects on Account Engagement when a form is submitted on formrun is not supported. (*2)

If data submitted from formrun forms is synchronized with Salesforce and you click "Send to Pardot" afterward, please be aware that visitor information and associated prospects will not be created.
