Refund Process for Remaining Balance Upon Cancellation

If you have a remaining balance when canceling formrun, we will proceed with the refund. Please note that there is a handling fee of 275 JPY for the refund process, which will be borne by you. Therefore, we recommend minimizing the need for a refund by using the balance as your usage fee or in any way possible.

If you see the following alert in the "Team > Team Settings > Team Deletion" section of the settings page, please click the "here" link in the alert to access the "Refund Request Form." You can then contact us to request a refund.

Once your request is confirmed, you will receive an email like the one shown in the image. Please provide your refund account information.

Please be aware that if the account information is not provided for 45 days or more, you will need to submit your request again.

If you do not wish to proceed with the refund, you can also inform us through the same form.
