Understanding the customer page

In this page, you can view customers within your team across different forms.

Customers are those who have provided their email addresses through forms created in formrun, as well as those who have imported their email addresses from the customer page.

Customer information is not managed per individual form submission, but based on their email address. Therefore, if there are multiple submissions with the same email address, they are counted and updated as one customer on the customer page.
