About Contract Renewal Dates and Times

The contract renewal date and time refers to the starting date and time of the one-month subscription when you subscribe to a paid plan.

What is the Contract Renewal Date and Time?

The Contract Renewal Date and Time refer to the starting point of a one-month contract when you subscribe to a paid plan.

For paid plans, the contract period extends from the date and time when the invoice was issued to the same date and time one month later, which marks the next contract renewal date and time. If the plan is not changed by the contract renewal date and time (2 hours before for downgrades), the contract will automatically renew, and the next one-month contract will begin.

How to Check the Contract Renewal Date and Time

You can check the contract renewal date and time from the "Current Contract Status" tab in the Plan Change page.

To navigate to the Plan Change page, use one of the following methods:

  • Click the "Upgrade" button displayed in the upper right corner of the admin panel.
  • Go to the settings page, then "Team > Plan Change".

When Switching from FREE Plan to a Paid Plan

The moment you click "Subscribe" for the paid plan will be your contract renewal date and time.

In the case of bank transfers, it may take up to 2 business days for your payment to be reflected in the system. However, please note that the contract renewal date and time will be issued regardless of the switching date, so keep this in mind.

Please note that you cannot specify the contract renewal date and time (plan change date) in advance.

When Upgrading to a Higher Paid Plan


When upgrading to a higher paid plan, you will be charged the difference between one month's fee for the higher plan and the unused portion of the lower paid plan. The contract renewal date and time will be issued once the payment is confirmed.
After the upgrade, the new contract renewal date and time will be the starting point for one month billing cycles.

Also, in the case of bank transfers, the new contract will start as soon as the payment is reflected in the system, so please be aware of this.
