How to Reserve a Downgrade

The procedure and precautions for downgrading your plan of use. This is the procedure required to stop billing.

When changing from a higher paid plan to a lower paid plan or the FREE plan, you must select the desired plan from the "Team > Plan Change" settings and perform a "Downgrade Reservation" at least 2 hours before the next contract renewal date and time.

Procedure for Downgrading

1. Click the "Change" button for the plan you want to change to from the "Team > Plan Change" settings.
   
   
2. Select the forms and team members you plan to keep and click "Confirm Reservation."
   
   
   
3. Review your reservation and click "Proceed to Survey."
   
   
4. Answer the survey that appears and click "Reserve Downgrade."
   
   
   
   
5. Confirm your reservation.
   
   
6. Confirm the reservation completion by checking the "Downgrade Completion Email" sent to the team owner's email address.

Please note that changes to your reservation can be made, or it can be canceled up to 2 hours before the next contract renewal date and time.

Once the downgrade reservation is completed following the above steps, your plan will automatically switch at the next contract renewal date and time. Forms and team members that have not been selected will be deleted and cannot be restored.

※Until the next contract renewal date and time, you can continue to use the current paid plan.

※Only the "Team Owner" can change plans.

Points to Note When Downgrading

• If you do not make a downgrade reservation, the contract will be automatically renewed, and charges will be incurred.
  Please note that no refunds or adjustments can be made if the specified time has passed.
  
  
• If you create new forms or invite new team members after making a downgrade reservation, the newly created forms and added members will automatically become subjects for deletion. When creating new forms or inviting/adding members, you will need to cancel the downgrade reservation and make a new reservation.
  
  
• At formrun, we charge usage fees on a prepaid basis for one month. Therefore, even if you make a downgrade reservation, the lower plan will apply from the next contract renewal date and time.
