About the limit on sending individual emails

Explain the reset cycle and specifications for the number of individual emails that can be sent each month.

The monthly email sending limit per form is shown below.

• 10 emails for the FREE plan
• 250 emails for the BEGINNER plan

There are no limits on the number of recipients (data submissions from forms or the number of emails received).
Please consider this as a limit on the number of emails you can send while communicating with your customers.

The number of emails is counted monthly starting from the contract start date and time for the FREE plan and from the contract renewal date and time for the BEGINNER plan.

Example 1) In case of FREE plan

If you create your account and your FREE plan team on August 7, you can send 10 emails between August 7 and September 7.

For the next month, you can send 10 emails between September 7 and October 7.

Example 2) In case of BEGINNER plan

If you create your account and your FREE plan team on August 7 and change to the BEGINNER plan on August 10, the contract renewal date and time will be on the 10th of each month.

Therefore, you can send 250 emails between August 10 and September 10.

For the next month, you can send 250 emails between September 10 and October 10.
