      I forgot my password and can't log in.

      If you forget your password on formrun,
      please request a password reset.

      (1) From the formrun login page, select "Forgot your password?"
      (2) Enter your email address
      (3) A reset mail will be sent to the entered email address
      (4) Set a new password using the link in the mail

      Follow these steps for the reset.

      I forgot the registered email address.

      Try the following methods:
      　・If you're using formrun as a team
      　　　◦　Ask the owner or administrator to check the email address from the settings page
      　・If you're using formrun alone
      　　　◦　Check the email address where you received emails from "formrun system <no-reply@form.run>"
      　　　◦　Register again

      I registered with a Google account, but
      want to change to log in with an email address.

      If you registered with a Google account, you cannot change to log in with an email address.
