We are very sorry, but our formrun service
supports customers only through email.
At formrun, in principle, we ask you to agree to the terms of service and privacy policy.
We generally do not support individual NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements), memoranda, or outsourcing agreements.
However, for customers who meet all the following conditions, we may be able to accommodate:
- Can you sign using our designated tool?
- Will you use the PROFESSIONAL plan for more than 12 months?
- Can you cooperate with case studies in the future and allow the publication of your company logo?
- Can you give us 5 business days for our prepared contract, and 10 business days if it's your company's contract?
As a service, we have obtained ISO 27001 (ISMS) for security assurance purposes.
Is agency agreement possible?
Currently, the sales agency system "formrun partner system" has been suspended.
We have no plans to restart the "formrun partner system" at this time.
Also, within the teams of formrun contract customers, creating and operating forms for one client company is not an issue,
but creating and operating forms for multiple client companies within one team is considered resale, so we are currently declining it.

Data submitted through the form will be retained unless you voluntarily delete the card, form, or account. However, there is a data transmission limit for each plan for things like images, so you may need to take data deletion measures.
If you wish to migrate data from another survey tool to formrun, please conduct a data import.
Note that the data import will not migrate form input fields or form settings. Only customer data sent through the form can be migrated. If you are introducing formrun for the first time, please be sure to create and set up the form.
We apologize, but it is not eligible for 2022. We are currently considering it for 2023 and beyond.
