About customer mapping settings

The benefits of customer mapping settings that link customer item information to form item information, and the linked customer item and form item information.

By setting up mapping, the following two outcomes can be achieved, connecting customer's fields information and each form's fields information:

  • For new customers, creation of new customer information and listing of information mapped with the form on the customer page.
  • For existing customers who have completed the form submissions, automatic update of customer information with information mapped with the form.

Also, customer information linked with form submissions can be used with the variable function in bulk email distribution due to the mapping setting.

For creator forms created after May 31, 2022 (Tue), customer's fields will be automatically mapped with the form's fields as follows:

Forms created using the Creator Form prior to May 31, 2022 (Tue) need to be mapped to link form fields with client fields.

Example 1) For a new form created using the Creator Form on June 2, 2022: Fields in the form will automatically be linked with client fields, and submissions will be reflected in the client information.

Example 2) For a new form created using the Creator Form on May 18, 2022: Once the fields are linked via mapping settings, subsequent submissions will be reflected in the client information.

 

To reflect submissions made prior to the mapping settings in the client information, you need to click the "Sync" button.
