About the "Retry Sending" status on individual emails

About the cause when "Retrying to send" is displayed in an individual mail.

The "Retrying Send" message can be caused by one of the following two reasons:

(1) The recipient's mail system may have temporarily paused receiving emails for some reason.

In this case, the system will keep retrying the email send until the recipient's system becomes able to receive emails. However, if a certain amount of time passes without the recipient's system becoming able to receive emails, the email cannot be sent.

Email reception depends on the recipient's environment, so it can be a challenging situation for both Formrun and your team to address.

(2) There may be an error in the part after "@" in the email address that displays "Retrying Send."

In this case, since the email is being sent to a service domain that doesn't provide mail servers, the server may not respond with an error quickly.

Therefore, Formrun's system attempts to resend the email multiple times because it can't find the receiving server, and this results in the "Retrying Send" message.
