An image of documents showing the relationship with the deceased user

・Documents must be within 3 months of issuance.

・Please make sure to take a full-length photo of the document.

・Please be aware that you may be asked to submit other documents for certification.

・The bereaved family is responsible for any fees for the issuance of official certificates, etc.
