Dealing with Accidental Plan Changes

What to do if you have changed your plan by mistake.

Regarding refunds for billing generated due to accidental plan changes by users, formrun generally cannot provide refunds.

Please refer to the formrun Terms of Service, Article 9-9 "Usage Fees" for more details.


However, in the case of bank transfer (invoice payment), you can change your plan by yourself if the payment has not been made yet. For details, please see the "FAQ: How to Change Plans."


In the case of credit card payments, payments are processed immediately at the contract renewal date and time, so we do not provide support as mentioned above. Please ensure that your "Team Name" and "Plan Name" are correct when making plan changes.
