You can integrate with all apps available in kintone.

The maximum number of apps you can integrate with is nine.

Can you integrate with a single app using multiple forms?

Yes, it is possible.

You can choose the app to integrate with for each form, and multiple forms can be set to integrate with the same object.

After already using the free trial of the plan, is it possible to have a trial for kintone integration?

Yes, it is possible.

Separate from the regular plan, we offer a free trial (14 days) exclusively for kintone integration. We encourage you to try it out.

Can it be used in plans other than the PROFESSIONAL plan?

Yes, it is possible.

By paying an optional fee of 980 yen (excluding tax) per month per form, it can be used in all plans, including the FREE plan.

Is the fee charged per form?

Yes.

The optional fee for kintone integration is 980 yen (excluding tax) per month for each form.

You can add the integration function by adding the option for each form you want to use with kintone integration.

Option applications follow a contract usage frame, so after setting it up once, it's possible to switch the integration to another form within the usage frame.

How can I check which forms are integrated with kintone?

You can check using the steps below:

  1. Click "Select" from the settings page "Team > External Integration".
  2. Click on "kintone".

Will there be an error if the kintone authentication expires?

Yes.

If a customer submits a form while the authentication is expired, an error will be detected. An error notification email labeled "Authentication Error" will be sent to the email address set during the integration.

If I select "Overwrite" for the data save format, will all data be overwritten?

The fields integrated for each form will be the target. Furthermore, only fields with values entered in the form will be overwritten. Fields that are submitted as blank will not be overwritten.
