About receiving individual emails

Receiving an email in formrun means that the email is imported into a card in the board page.

There are two methods for incorporating emails sent by form respondents into cards on the board page:

1. When form respondents reply to emails sent from individual cards.
2. When form respondents send emails to formrun subscribers' email addresses with forwarding settings enabled for the import email address. Learn more about forwarding settings here.

If you wish to reply to form respondents, please create your submission from the card on the board page and reply directly from there.
