      Cancellation and Withdrawal Procedures

      How to completely cancel or cancel your membership with formrun.

      If you wish to cancel formrun, please follow the two steps below:

      1) Switching to FREE plan (for paid and free trial users)

      2) Deleting account

      2) Deleting account

      For FREE plan users, you can delete your account.
      When you delete your account, all data will be completely removed from formrun.
