About data fields

About "Data Items" displayed on the card and list screens.

Data fields refer to the following:

• Fields displayed on the card & on the list page, and in received notifications
• Fields that can be filled in when creating a card

By setting these fields, you can ensure that only the necessary information is displayed.
You can configure the data fields at the following places:

• Individual form's settings page under "Data Management>Data Field Settings"
• From the card page, hover over each data field to display and then click on the gear icon

 

Note that changes made here, excluding deletions, will not affect the data submitted from the form.

Also, the data fields added here will only be reflected on the card and will not be reflected in the form's input fields.

If you want to change the data to be input, please edit the form itself through the form editing page or by coding.
