How to navigate to the form settings

• In the form list page
  Click on the settings (gear icon) of the relevant form.

• In the board page
  Click on "Settings" of the relevant form.
  

What you can do on the form settings page

• Form settings
  • Change administrative form name
  • Change category
  • Change form URL
  • View QR code for form URL
    
    
• Settings for common email address fields
  
• Form information
  You can check the following information:
  • Team ID
  • Form ID
  • Form UID
    

• Form deletion
  • Only the form owner can delete the form.
  • Once the form is deleted, it cannot be restored, so please be very careful about accidentally deleting forms.
