formrun charges a prepaid monthly contract fee.

Therefore, if you wish to stop the payment for the subsequent cycles, you need to complete the downgrade reservation to the FREE plan at least 2 hours before the next contract renewal date and time.

Please note that only the "team owner" can perform this operation.

I want to completely leave formrun

If you wish to completely leave formrun, please delete your account.

You can delete your account from the account icon in the upper right corner of the team list page. Navigate to "Account Settings" and you will find the option at the bottom of the page.

You can delete the account only if one of the following conditions is met:

• All teams for which you are the owner are on the FREE plan
• You have delegated all owner privileges of forms and teams for which you are the owner to another account (in the case of a paid plan)

Only then can the deletion be performed.
