      Options for External Integration: Contract, Cancellation, and Free Trial

      Procedures for subscribing and cancelling options to use Salesforce/HubSpot/kintone and other external integrations, as well as a free trial of external integrations.

      External Tools Eligible for Optional Contracts

      Procedure for Optional External Integration Contracts

      1. Click "Select" from the settings page "Team>External Integration" → Select the external tool name
      ※ The subsequent videos and images are shown as an example with the page of "Salesforce." The same procedure can be followed for "HubSpot" and "kintone" if you are integrating with them as well.

      2. Click the "Proceed to Contract" button

      3. Enter the number of forms you want to integrate (slots) and click the consent checkbox.


      4. Enter the number of slots you want to subscribe, check the consent box, and click "Contract."

      ※ The maximum number of kintone app integrations is 9



      5. Your optional external integration subscription is complete. Let's continue the integration between formrun's team and external tools.
      For detailed instructions, please refer to "FAQ: How to Integrate/Unlink External Tools with Teams."


      Points to Note

      Even if you are not integrating with external tools, charges will be incurred from the moment you enter into an optional contract and will continue until you cancel the contract. If you wish to cancel the external integration contract, please follow the steps for "Procedure for Canceling Optional External Integration" below.
      Once you cancel the optional contract, all integrated forms will be unlinked, and this action cannot be reversed, so please be careful.

      Procedure for Canceling Optional External Integration

      1. Click "Select" from the settings page "Team>External Integration" → Select the external tool name
      ※ The subsequent videos and images are shown as an example with the page of "Salesforce." The same procedure can be followed for "HubSpot" and "kintone" if you are integrating with them as well.

      2. Click the three-dot menu (...) next to the "Contract Changes" button
      　 ② Click "Cancel Contract"




      3. After confirming the details, click the "Cancel" button

      Free Trial of External Integration (14 Days)

      We offer a free trial (14 days) where you can experience how your business processes can be improved by integrating formrun with external tools.

      If you have already tried a trial of our paid plan (link), you can also try the free trial of external integration. Both trials are limited to one per team. Please give it a try.

      Points to Note

      Once the free trial ends, the settings of the forms integrated during the trial will be unlinked on the end date.
      When you enter into this contract, please proceed to link forms again after unlinking them.
