After integrating formrun team and Salesforce, it is necessary to map (link) fields on the form to Salesforce fields. How to map and edit the mapping.

Permissions for Formrun to Map (Link) Forms
These are the permissions if team collaboration has been completed.
If team collaboration is not yet complete, please follow team collaboration procedures in this FAQ.
Navigating to the External Integration (Team) Settings Page

From the settings page, click "Team > External Integration," then click "Select" → Choose Salesforce
Integration of Salesforce and Forms
- From the settings page, click "Team > External Integration," then click "Select" → Click "Salesforce"

Click "Link" next to the form you want to integrate

Select the Salesforce object you want to link ※ It takes a few minutes to load and display the objects.

Map (link) the data fields of Formrun with Salesforce fields
It is necessary to map (link) the fields in Formrun that are required in Salesforce objects.
※ The display name of the fields on Formrun does not need to match the display name of Salesforce fields.

Select the data storage format → Click the "Next" button in the upper right. There are three data storage formats as follows:
- New Only: Only create new records
- Overwrite Only: Only update existing records by overwriting
- Overwrite or New: Overwrite for records with content set as matching keys and create new records if there are no existing records
※ [Overwrite Only or Overwrite or New] will only overwrite fields that have values entered in the form, and fields submitted blank will not be overwritten.

Only when selecting [Overwrite Only or Overwrite or New], select the matching key fields
- Matching keys can have multiple conditions selected

Enter the email address for sending notification emails in case of errors → Click "Save"
- If you want to add more notification email addresses, click the "+" button to add them
Salesforce Field Types That Can Be Linked
Field types that are not supported in Formrun cannot be linked.
For fields with data type "String," please reset and then map them with the form.

- Follow this method to navigate to the Salesforce setup page
- Click the "Edit" button next to the form name you want to edit.
For linked forms, you can make changes to the following four:
- Linked Objects
- Mapping with Form Fields
- Data Saving Format
- Email Address for Error Notifications ※ Clicking "Next" in the object linking will take you to the settings page.
Method for Disconnecting Linked Forms
Disconnecting a form will also remove the mapping with form fields.
Once disconnected, it cannot be undone, so please be cautious.
- Follow this method to navigate to the Salesforce setup page
- ① Click the "▼" button next to the form name you want to edit
② Click "Disconnect Form"
Disconnecting between the team and Salesforce requires a separate procedure.
