Email Notifications for HubSpot Integration Errors

About Error Notification Emails

This feature sends error notification emails to the specified email address when errors occur in HubSpot integration, data synchronization, or other processes.

There are four types of errors that trigger notification emails:

  • HubSpot authentication failure
  • Data synchronization with HubSpot fails due to an error
  • Multiple records match the merge key
  • No records match the merge key (when data storage format is "overwrite only")

How to Configure Recipient for Error Notification Emails

You can configure the recipient email address during the mapping (linking) of the form and HubSpot properties.

Details of Errors and Their Resolution

Common error messages include the following:

Invalid column name '{sample}' for table 'Contacts'.

This indicates a failure to connect data to the "{sample}" field in the "Contacts" object.

It may be due to a deleted linked field, so please ensure correct mapping on the form and HubSpot field mapping page.

 

Property values were not valid. Property "{sample}" does not exist. 

The "{sample}" property in HubSpot may have been deleted. Please check HubSpot settings.

 

Property values were not valid. {sample@example.jp} was not a valid number. 

The data sent in the integration may not match the data type expected by HubSpot.

Please check the mapping on the form and HubSpot field mapping page for correctness.

 

Processing stopped due to different data types: {type conversion error}

The data type of the field you set in the form and HubSpot field mapping may have changed on the form side.

Please check the form and HubSpot field mapping page.

 

Property values were not valid. Sample is not one of the allowed options ([label:"sample" value: "sampple"]).

There may be a difference between the values set in formrun and HubSpot. Please align the values in HubSpot with the values in formrun.
