Permissions required for mapping forms with formrun

These permissions are for cases where team collaboration is already completed.

If team collaboration has not been completed, please follow this FAQ for team collaboration.

Integration process between kintone and forms

  1. Click "Select" from the Settings page "Team > External Integration" and then click "kintone".

  2. Click "Integrate" next to the form you want to integrate.
  3. Select the kintone app you want to link.

  4. Map (link) formrun data fields to the selected kintone app's columns.

You must map (link) the required columns in kintone with formrun. Note that the display name of fields in formrun does not need to match the display name of columns in kintone.

  5. Select the data storage format and click the "Next" button at the top right. There are three data storage formats available:

    • New Only: Creates new records only.
    • Overwrite Only: Updates existing records only by overwriting.
    • Overwrite or New: Overwrites records that match the set key and creates new records if existing records do not exist.
※ [Overwrite Only & Overwrite or New] will only overwrite fields with values entered in the form, and fields submitted blank will not be overwritten.

6. [Only for Overwrite Only & Overwrite or New] Select the key field for matching

    • Multiple conditions can be selected for the key field (if multiple conditions are selected, it will be treated as an AND condition).

7. Enter the email address for sending notification emails in case of errors and click "Save"

    • If you want to add more notification email addresses, click the "+" button to add them.
