      What is Salesforce Integration?

      This feature allows you to register data on the Salesforce side by linking. In order to link, an optional fee must be paid per month in addition to the plan fee.

      What is Salesforce Integration?

      Salesforce Integration allows you to automatically register the submission data from formrun forms in Salesforce.

      • With formrun and Salesforce Integration, you can register data from forms created in formrun into Salesforce objects, either as new records or by overwriting existing records.

      How to Integrate with Salesforce

      1. Contract

      You need to opt for an option contract based on the number of forms you want to integrate with Salesforce.

      2. Connecting Your Team with Salesforce

      You will be directed to the Salesforce login page. Please log in with your Salesforce account credentials.

      ※ Note that there are plans where Salesforce integration is not available. Check here for availability.

      3. Integrating Forms with Salesforce (Field Mapping)

      You will map (link) formrun form fields to Salesforce object fields.

      Error Notification Email from Salesforce Integration

      If an error occurs during Salesforce Integration, an error notification email will be sent to the specified email address.

      Optional Fees and Contracts

      1. Fees

      External integration incurs a monthly option fee per form, in addition to your plan usage fee.

      2. Cancellation Process

      For detailed steps, please refer to the "FAQ: Steps to Cancel External Integration Option."

      ※ Cancelling the integration will unlink the forms, and this action cannot be undone.

      3. Free Trial

      In addition to the plan's 14-day free trial, you can also enjoy a 14-day free trial of Salesforce integration alone. Please make use of it.

      • Lightning Platform
        • If there are no objects eligible for integration, integration is not possible. Please verify the existence of eligible objects in Salesforce.
