      Team Integration and Disconnection Methods for External Integration

      How to link formrun teams with external tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot/kintone, and how to cancel the linkage.

      Integration requires an optional contract. If you haven't signed up for one, please check the FAQ here.

      Methods for External Tool and Team Integration

      For Salesforce and HubSpot

      1. From the "Team > External Integration" settings page, click "Select" → Select the external tool name.
        ※ The following video displays the "Salesforce" page as an example.

      2. Opt for an option contract.
        ・ For an overview of option contracts, please refer to the "FAQ: About Additional Option Fees." ・ For an overview of how to sign an option contract, please refer to the "FAQ: External Integration Option Contract, Cancellation Process, and Free Trial."

    • ① Click the "…" button
      ② Click "Change Authentication"

    • Login to the external tool 
      For Salesforce:

      For HubSpot:

    • Integration Complete. Once the integration is complete, it will display as "Integrated".

    • Team and external tool integration is complete. Next, be sure to link it with a form.

      • For kintone:

      1. From the "Team > External Integration" settings page, click "Select" → Select the external tool name.



      2. Opt for an option contract.

      3. ① Click the "…" button
        ② Click "Edit Linked Apps"



      4. Log in to kintone and select the pre-created app (the one you want to integrate with formrun), then click the "gear icon" in the top right.



      5. Click "Settings" from the four tabs, and then click "API Tokens" inside it.



      6. If an API token hasn't been generated, click "Generate".



      7. Check "View Records," "Add Records," and "Edit Records," then click "Save."



      8. Click "Update App" in the top right of the page you're taken to.



      9. Once again, click "API Tokens" from the settings tab and copy the "URL (kintone subdomain)," "App ID," and "API Token."



      10. Return to the formrun page, paste the copied content, and click "Link."


      11. Integration complete. Once integration is complete, it will display as "Integrated."


      12. Team and external tool integration is complete. Next, be sure to link it with a form.

      How to Disconnect from Teams with External Integration

      1. From the settings page, click "Select" in "Team > External Integration" and select the external tool name.
        ※ The video shows the "Salesforce" page as an example.

      2. ① Click the "…" button
        ② Click "Disconnect Integrated Environment" or "Edit Linked Apps"

      3. (For Salesforce and HubSpot,) after confirming the notice, click "Disconnect Integration."
        (For kintone,) click the "-" to the right of the App ID and API Token you want to disconnect.

      Notes

      • If you disconnect team integration, all integrated forms will be disconnected. Please be aware that once you cancel, it cannot be undone.
