Some features are limited in the FREE plan.
Team number limit
Each account can have up to 2 FREE plan teams.
If you already have 2 FREE plan teams and want another, you must delete one or upgrade to a paid plan.
- Attempting to create a third FREE plan team will redirect you the following page.
Teams on a free trial count towards the "2 teams per account" limit, just like FREE plan teams.
Here's when you can and cannot add a new FREE plan team.

Your account is limited to 2 FREE plan teams.
If your account has more than 3 FREE plan teams, once you delete a team, you will not be able to create a new FREE plan team.
In the FREE Plan, the email sending limit for each form is 10 emails per month.
There is no limit on the number of receptions (data submissions via forms or email receptions), so please consider this as a limit on email sending while communicating with your customers.
The limit on email sending resets at the beginning of each month.
For example, if you create an account and a FREE Plan team on August 7th, the email sending limit will reset on September 1st, on the same day of each month.
There are byte-based limits on the following file data sizes:
- File data sent through forms via "File Upload" fields
- File data sent and received via email on formrun
Currently, the FREE Plan allows sending and receiving attachments of up to 100MB.
Byte counts for file data are calculated per team, including all forms and files sent and received via email by the team.
You can check the remaining byte capacity for file data in the "Team Settings > File Storage Capacity Management" section of the settings.
