Details of the fee structure for features that incur additional fees in addition to the regular plan fees.

Pricing of formrun

formrun operates on a monthly payment cycle, starting from the date you subscribe to a paid plan, with payments occurring every month.

You can also make use of additional optional features based on your needs.

Additional Charges for Expanding Plan Features

If you wish to expand the features associated with your plan, additional charges apply as follows:

 

When adding members, the billing amount is automatically added when the invited person approves by email. Therefore, additional charges will not occur during the period when the invitation is not approved.

Furthermore, there is no need for prior application when adding members.

The above additional charges are applied immediately for both increases and decreases in the number of available users. The actual usage is calculated down to the second. For the first month, payment is made after usage, and from the second month onwards, it is billed in advance.

(Example) If the renewal date is the 15th of every month, and you invite 5 additional members on September 25th, and they participate in the forms on the same day:

(A) Pro-rated usage for 5 additional members from "September 25th to October 14th"

...(¥980 × 5 people ÷ 30 days) × 20 days = ¥3,161 (tax excluded)

(B) Usage for "October 15th to November 14th" for the PROFESSIONAL plan

...¥25,800 (tax excluded)

(C) Usage for 5 additional members from "October 15th to November 14th"

...¥980 (tax excluded) × 5 people = ¥4,900 (tax excluded)

(A) + (B) + (C) = ¥33,861 (tax excluded)

Furthermore, if you make a downgrade reservation before waiting for the next contract renewal date after additional charges are incurred, the payment for your usage will be made when the downgrade takes place.

When downgrading to a paid plan, two invoices will be issued simultaneously, so if you are using bank transfer, please make the total payment.

EFO (Form Optimization) Charges

The EFO (Form Optimization) feature allows you to choose an optional plan from two plans. In the case of a single plan, a monthly optional fee is charged for each form.

Additionally, the above additional charges for EFO feature are applied immediately for both increases and decreases in the use of the EFO feature, and the actual usage is calculated down to the second. The first month is billed after usage, and from the second month onwards, it is billed in advance.

Furthermore, the EFO (Form Optimization) feature is available in all plans, including the FREE plan.

If you use the EFO (Form Optimization) feature in the FREE plan, the date and time of the initial EFO feature contract will become the contract renewal date. After that, if you subscribe to a regular (paid) plan, it will be aligned with the renewal date of the regular plan.

External Integration Charges

External integration can be used for the number of forms you want to use by adding options.

Additionally, the above additional charges for external integration are calculated in seconds from the time you subscribe to the external integration option until you cancel the option subscription. The first month is billed after usage, and from the second month onwards, it is billed in advance.

※ Even if you are not using the integration, charges will apply if you do not cancel the option subscription.

Bulk Email Delivery Charges

When using the Bulk Email Delivery feature, charges are based on the number of email deliveries sent within 1 month and are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Additionally, charges for Bulk Email Delivery are calculated based on the actual number of email deliveries sent within 1 month and are billed after the fact.

It's important to note that the Bulk Email Delivery feature is only available to subscribers of the STARTER and PROFESSIONAL plans.

Fees for Form Archiving

Form archiving is available for a monthly fee of ¥680 per form (excluding tax).

For details, please refer to "Payment for Form Archiving".

Code Type Form (FREE Plan only)

For the FREE plan, a monthly fee of ¥980 (excluding tax) is required for a code type form.

For paid plans, the fee for code type form is included in the overall plan cost.
